***Update*** I’ve left this as a one star to emphasise that Dent Magic acknowledged their mistakes and made them right. Dent Magic contacted me about this review and arranged a follow up visit to assess the work required. They then repaired all of the issues listed in the review and had my car back to me within one week. I was very happy with their follow up service and their efforts to make up for my previous experience with them. Well done guys! ***Update*** Had a dent repaired in my rear door. There were multiple delays with the repair and when I went to fetch it I found that my bumper had been badly scratched by sandpaper. They agreed that the scratches weren’t previously there and would repair it. More delays. Once work was completed I found they’d messed paint on the driver’s seat. They tried to remove it with thinners and ended up damaging the leather and leaving a stain where the paint was. The quality of the original repair was also average at best, but I just wanted to get my car away from there. Now I see that the paint has started cracking where they repaired.
To say the workmanship is shoddy would be an understatement. They took 2 days to repair a small bump and ended up messing another part of the bumper. When I pointed this out they tried to evade responsibility and I had to show them pictures. I have been majorly inconvenienced, they avoid taking ownership and am without a car for the 3rd night. I had to get my lawyer involved and I shudder to think what the final outcome will be. TERRIBLEService: Body & Trim
Disappointed and actually disgusted with the so-called service I received. Very poor quality workmanship, really bad don't-care attitude from management, bullsh!t stories and responses from the "manager", very poor communication with responses to emails and whatsapp messages unanswered, and a complete rip-off price wise for what they quoted, what they said they would do, and what they actually did. Very unhappy, very disappointed, totally disgusted, will NEVER go there again and will NEVER recommend to anyone. Bye-bye Dent Magic, and good luck!Service: Auto body & trim repair
Getting a quote from Dent Magic was an easy and efficient experience. They have drive-in bays where you can park for the assessment. The service was friendly and professional.
They did a great joob fixing my dent in one day. The team are very couapritive and friendly. I have also mit Peter the owner a nice gentlman.

Good service and a few steps from awesome cape Malay quarter
The receptionist is friendly and welcoming. They're pretty expensive and I chose to go with them because 'cheaper is not always better'. They did a good job on concealing the dents on the car. However I am not happy with the spray painting. Why? Well firstly my car has a glossy paint but on the edge of where they we working at there's a matte paint finishing, and rough surface of the paint work next to the fuel cap cover and the rubber around the car door has paint on it. I really expected excellent service due to their expensive prices.Services: General repairs & maintenance
