I had a bad experience. I had to stand from 7.45 outside and only got assisted 11.30. After that I had a back pain and had to go to the chemist for some pain meds

Long waiting time could be curbed if the had proper cue handling and management.otherwise when u reach the consultant it's good service

What you expect? It's the department of labour be there at 6 because there already a long line waiting for you..bring a pen and alot self control and patience.
