Department of Labour - Prospecton

For 4 years my wife had documents that needed to be verified and stamped which they did with no issues. Going back for the 5th year and the same documents they refuse to help her stating that according to the system she is still working must add that it has to be a very well paid job if they think that my wife travels back and forth over a 1200km to get to work and back every day. Your service and your system is pathetic not to mention the rudeness that you get treated with. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there more than five times for a single claim and it was never approved and I was told documents were not captured in the system... They uploaded documents again I waited and waited... The claim was never successful.

They donty close at 4pm at 3:25 they already closed

I had a great experience, sounds sarcastic, but not. U need patience and right documentation. In and out in 5 odd hours. Found this branch to be efficient and very helpful, don't go with attitude, they don't like it. Patience.

Service is very bad...while we standing outside da gates ...you can see them having a conversation walking up n down 10 to 20 times n just looks at the people ...they call u bout 4 to 5 times b4 your stuff gets sorted...its just pathetic...wish someone can do something...

It's my 7th time coming here. The 2nd time i came, i was going to sign for my first payment but they told me that no one did mymy applicati. Was told to come the following week. I did that and they were offline, they told us to come following week, I did that same story. Everytime i came here the system was OFFLINE even NOW I've been here since 7am in the morning. 5hrs I've been sitting on the same SPOT and again they saying the system is OFFLINE we must wait. Remember I'm not working, how am i going to get money to come back next week to be told that the system is OFFLINE. This is stupid!!!!

Service is poor all the times having a problem with the network.

The service in here is horrible. You have to come here 5times for your things to be sorted and the waiting is disgusting. They tell you that you'll wait for 2/3 and ended up waiting for 6 hours, just for authorize. They don't deserve a star laba

Its been 2 hours sitting outside no one is updating us what is happening,the lines are jus not moving. I have been here since 11 o clock its now 1 o clock no upadate nothing!!!!dis is jus not on!!!

Very bad service delivery I applied for my uif in June I still haven't received my uif I always go there I stand outside on the road from the morning 9am till 15:00 get told to come back on another date I come back same story got an SMS last month to come and sign I did but still nothing I always call them but no one answers
