Dion Wired Cradlestone

Came here to buy some head phones not too long ago. The staff did assist with some opinions on which would be the best set value/quality wise. I wouldn't mind going back here in the future for more products. Overall, its was a good experience coming by this store.

Bought a dishwasher 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for delivery after they said that they would deliver after 3 days. Phoned several times and they always promise to come back to us and never do. Not satisfied with the service at all. Last time I'm buying from DionWired!

This is a big brand retail store. You only get expensive appliances, was there earlier bought close to R5000, yet I have look for assistance same got help and I was left on the till with the sales person, no attandence from cashiers or anyone I had to ask to pay eventually there is someone to help. Finally got to the exit check out only to find out the appliant I bought has big dent on the edges. Mind you the first sales personal who I had to ask for help has disappeared. The personal who helping in checking the appliant before check out also then just disappeared after me and my wife showed him the damage. There's no communication with the client of what is going, no concern of the time spent. You have to wait close or more than 40mins just for paying and check out, yet you have just paid 5k cash not even 1client in front of me or being helped . If then I need to buy something then there is no reason to go there as expensive it is it's not worth the service.

Staff has no interest in selling. Looking for a VR headset? Sorry not in stock and walks away! Not it's on order can we call you... nothing!

We were greeted at the door and the gentleman tried his best to help us with information about smart watches. Read announcement that this store was closing down.

To spend time in this shop waiting more then an our before I can get my stock after paying for it seems 5000 is nothing to them so thy will never see me or hear any good from me again

Awesome and friendly staff, which is rare these days, dealt with Sifiso, Bongani and Micheal champion guys, would recommend either of them. Keep it up!!!

Service is terible no body helped asked to help so i left. This is why I dont buy things here.

Plays profane music while my kids were there. Service was unprofessional. I emailed head office. Rediculous
