The premises are very small in comparison to the stock they hold. Not all items have their prices displayed. It seems that the invoicing processing outdated. They are still writing orders into a book. You may get a deal on some items but make sure you shop around before you buy from House of Demos, you may just find a reasonable deal somewhere else.

This is a very large fabric shop with everything and more that you need. Their material is the most affordable I have seen around Gauteng.

A hidden gem. Got a good deal out of the smart TV that I bought. Good sales people who provide honest advice.

Really great service and the merchandise is in great condition at prices almost half of what a item would cost in a normal store. From large items like fridges, stoves, dishwashers to smaller items like kettles and microwaves

The place exists and it’s real. Great deals. Needs more space for shoppers to walk around and also allow video calling inside the shop.

Best place if you looking for good quality name brand products at much lower prices

I went to look for microwave, saw one I liked and called the salesman to purchased it. The price was marked on the item, he then told me there was a problem with the price, that it was R100 more. I didn't have a problem paying R100 more but it was their fault I should be given it for that price. He then made up some story that there was someone new working there and it was their fault, if I get it for that price it will come out of his salary, he went on to say I must take my business elsewhere if I want it for R100 cheaper. I nevertheless still purchased the microwave, but seems like people there have no idea what they doing and think they are doing you a favour offering those appliances. I let this slide and still wanted to do business with them saw something I liked, saw it one day and decided the next day to buy it , drove all the way there and they claimed they sold it and it was flying of the shelf. Few days later they said they have the item in stock again but it was the very same thing I saw , as it was box damaged item and I could tell. I still decided to buy it i got one price from 3 different people , they even showed me in their records of the prices. I went to pay and on the invoice they put down a completely different price almost 4000 more than what they told me. Then they made an excuse that the one I asked them was a completely different model and the one they are selling is a different price. They claim they got something that looks exactly the same as the item I saw few days ago. If you are smart you will take your business elsewhere ,very shady people with no ethics and customer service.

I deposited a TV on Saturday and I got terrible customer service, I ignored it because it was my first time being there and today I went to collect the TV and the customer service today was worst!! Today I felt like taking my money and just get out.
