Bought my very fast laptop it's been two years and it's still fresh. Never had problems what's so ever and I'm a tech guy so heavy software is what I'm all about. I also got some lenses for my camera.

Pathetic service. Bought & paid for a new washing machine on Black Friday 29/11, with the promise of having the item ready for pick-up the next week Monday. Monday comes & when queried, they respond by saying they have lost the proof of payment. Proof of payment is sorted out. Wednesday my wife goes to the store again to try and determine when the elusive washing machine will make an appearance. The whole week comes & goes without a washing machine. Empty promises & excuses are in abundance. The next Monday 09/12 when my wife physically goes to the store again to follow up, there is a promise of free delivery the Tuesday 10/12. Tuesday has also come & gone. Still no washing machine... So disappointed...

We have gone to this Dion wired a few times and never had any problems. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable and eager to assist. Store always has demo models for you to look at in order to make your choice easier. Cant fault them for anything. Good option when you are looking for electronics or homewares

I'm fairly certain there are not enough characters available for me to express my regret in dealing with Dion Wired. It took 45 minutes of STANDING around, as there's no seating available, to purchase a TV. It was faulty, so I returned it 2 days later, but was sent away as they needed a technician to come out, and test the TV which was then at their store. I conceded and took it home. The technician has been out and confirmed that it is faulty, but now they won't accept a return until it has been updated on their system, even though I have received authorisation directly from the technician. The staff is unwilling to help, and come across abrasive, rude and disinterested. I am genuinely surprised at the level of service - how are they still in business?

It's a Dion Wired, the same as every other one. I would have given a higher score if the employee wasn't so adamant that a special was only available from midnight that day when two stores away from them the exact same deal was available. I thought I was a supporter, instead you sent me to my least favorite store and your direct competition. gfy

Regular customer. My most recent experience: Walked in to find a product- approximately 8+ staff members standing around and only one other customer in the store. Staff members do their best to avoid eye contact...god forbid the must assist you, other literally do a turnaround just incase you are heading towards them. 2 groups of them are standing on a circle having chats. Really really bad service Deons! Just walked back in a few min later to see if I have better luck. NOPE....only difference is some sales people are fighting loudly in the middle of the store

This is a place that I only recently noticed and started to frequent. This ever since I found the pricing of Dionwired to be very competitive and very often cheaper than other retailers. Keep an eye out for their monthly specials catalogue to compare.

Have had much better service and far more informative service than similar stores. Got myself a stunning coffee machine on special and couldn't be happier

You walk in and go directly to what it is that you researched in advance, buy it, and walk out. Staff are friendly enough but they don't know their product and they are not able to help you with questions that you might have or even if they have the product.
