Hi-Fi Corporation - Menyln

We had invested money into purchasing an inverter, which had a battery issue and had to return to store within 7 days. 3 days have past. We have not received one ounce of communication from Hi-Fi regarding the progress or outcome. No one answers the office line and I must say that this is extremely frustrating. As it appears that they are quick to take your money but not quick to provide one with information. Pathetic and useless service!!!

The service from you personnel at Menlyn is from the highest quality. My TV was send for repairs on a extended warrenty. From the second day it was with your Menlyn store, they keep me updated every second day on the progress. On the 27/06/2023 the lady at the store advise me that the TV cannot be repaired and I need to come in to collect a new TV. From the time I enter the store, I received unbelievable great servive. The team even help me by taken the TV to my car. Thanks Menlyn for your great service. I also shared with the personnel that from the opening of the first store in Port Elizabeth all my tv's, fridges, deepfreezers, I bought from HiFI Corp, the days when it was accused of selling "grey products". HiFi Corp, you the best.

After they had my faulty product for 2 weeks they gave me a call said it was fixed. Nothing at all was done to the product and now It's still in the same condition. This is ridiculous and the worst service. With soo many companies competing in the tech industry I wouldn't recommend Hi-fi Corp menlyn. Absolutely useless

Good customer service, especially from one particular guy, Given from the store. Bought a laptop with seamless assistance from him, would highly recommend getting service from him.

When the website specified that the shop will be open till 7pm we drove 35min to return faulty electronics bought from HiFi Corp as a Christmas gift. Apparently the shop was closed at 6pm. Security called the "manager" who made us wait for 25min. Eventually some supervisor let everyone out and told us the shop closed at 6pm. "We don't make the rules" was the words used. According to website at this moment though, still open. Faulty electronics as well as unprofessional behaviour, treating us with no respect after spending around R13000 in that shop. Maybe the manager could just have come out quickly and explained the situation to us as clients who just wasted a lot of time. Will not buy here again.

The staff member assiting us was extremely helpful an friendly . Will definitely make use of this store again in the future!!!

Currently standing in Hi-fi Corp in Menlyn wanted to buy something and ask for a price on a product. Apparently customer care is not a priority because they just pretend like you don't exist. Will never come back.
