Picked up Some beautiful and nice stuff. The most visited Dischem pharmacy by me.

My hubby bought collagen and it was the wrong one and came to return it ... the attitude the staff was giving me is like they were doing me a fevaour they were so rude and aggressive totally put off with dischem

Pharmacists who care? ABOUT A R26 HANDWASH THAT AN ELDERLY LADY ACCIDENTLY MISSED IN HER TROLLEY WHILE PAYING FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.Manager was MIA and Assistant Manager refused to help. Meanwhile your Head Office lines were off. Whoever runs your Facebook inbox promised someone would phone me and I'm still waiting 3 days later!! THIS IS THE INHUMANITY THAT DISCHEM CONDONES!  The arrogant Supervisor of the Security company blatantly lies and refuses to give me the number of his superior, he says Dischem owns the security company. She sat in a cell in Brixton until 12 on a Friday night due to the Security Company that you partner with to represent your brand. And what has Dischem done? Nothing, not even called me back because YOU DON'T CARE. Absolutely disgusting

I visited the dischem clinic and my experience was just wonderful. Sister Carol who assisted me, was patient and explained everything I needed to know whilst doing her best to make me feel comfortable. Thank you dischem and Thank you Sis Carol for the amazing service. Keep it up.

Went to the pharmacy with my toddler by the self medication counter. I told the lady pharmacist  assisting me the symptoms my toddler had and his age 18 months, which is also written on my medical aid card which I had to hand to the pharmacist she gave a syrup called Rinex I gave my toddler the recommended dosage immediately as his symptoms were bad. I just got home now and I'm reading through the medication box and it says it can't be given to children under 6 years of age. I'm so disappointing at your pharmacist as it's clear that she has no knowledge of what she is doing

Demand a medical aid card, which I don’t have. Don’t explain anything about why. Manager eventually says I can use virtual card. Tough economy but I guess customer service for such a big company doesn’t matter. Won’t be back to Campus Square For sure, not that I imagine anyone will care.

Terrible service The cashiers don't have "change"R3 in there tills,they seriously have terrible attitudes and busy on there phones I need chronic medication,sometimes they don't have stock or they have serious problems 1 month they'll give u medication with no hassles,next month they will give u a story of your medical aid Iv registered for that pack and go program so I dont have to wait in store for my medication,when I get to the pharmacy I have to wait for them to pack my medication,which takes an extra 15 20 minutes till I get out,I was told I would receive an sms when my medication is due,till date I haven't received 1 message to say my medications are due  I have a newborn baby and they expect me to run 10 times to the pharmacy til they sort out there medication and there medical aid issues which iv never had with clicks  I never had a problem with clicks campus square and ill be switching back to CLICKS

Amazing pharmacist N Ndwan at Dischem Campus Square who assisted me, took his time to explain procedures of medication and helped me further by assisting me to find other medication which suited my needs all whilst pushing my trolley through the isles. A kind hearted soul that will be blessed.
