Pack my meds has good service, however, when your script ends it would be nice to receive an email reminder.  Also, what's the point of having a phone if no one ever answers? No one in that branch answers the phone so you are forced to communicate via email.

Great selection of things but excessively poor customer service. What’s the point of going to a particular shop where the things you need *might be* available, but you don’t have access to buy them due to negligent staff members.

Thobeka Mazibuko the worst cashier I've ever came across.  I don't know if it was because I'm black she was uninterested could not wait for me to leave.  Her level of professionalism is zero might as well go to benmore I've been coming to this dischem for years never came across this .

All dischem stores have alot of items at great prices.  This store is quite big and gets busy as well.  Alot of cashiers to keep the line flowing so one wont  need to get frustrated and agitated come to the end of your shopping.

With long queues, especially over weekends, it seems like the pharmacists are forced to rush and do not give adequate care. Such as asking if you would like a generic or checking whether or not a certain medicine should be claimed as chronic. Then if you ask them to change anything after seeing the form they want you to sign, they’ll get annoyed. But customers aren’t training in that work, and should be asked before receiving the medicine all of the appropriate questions.

If there was an option to put a 0 star , would definitely do Quite a ridiculous service from the manager. We went to the branch looking for baby formula We found 3 cans,get to the till price is different.We point to the teller Confirms that it's different after a trip to the aisle with my wife  Back from there call manager.YNo she needs to back to the aisle to recheck Won't be going back

Long line of customers waiting, I noticed it took a while for cashiers to call the next one, so I put my head around the corner and the cashier - Ms Y. PHANYANA 128001 was chatting with her colleague leaning back in her chair, didn't care there was a long line waiting - I walked up and ask if she's available - "yes" and told her why she's not calling the next customer but instead laughing and chatting like she's not at work. Dischem, please employ people that actually wants a job!!!!!!  e

I loved the foam bath and got proper herbs I wouldn't find at other dischem around jhb, very big and spacious and wide variety of things

Your customer service agent Dimpho is very rude and has so much attitude alongside her colleague at the customer service desk They gossiped about me assuming I don’t know the language that they speak and said horrible things
