This store is a joke together with their staff, manager included. Unashamed at it. Store opens at 9. I waited for good 40 minutes until I turned back. The staff had what it looked like a gathering or meeting, but they are able to see people getting to the door to check the working hours, let me tell you, they look at us and laugh, no communication whatsoever. I counted about 11 customers that turned back. There was loadshedding but this specific store has a big notice that it operates even during loadshedding. Bottom service. It’s no wonder target is not made. You will continue losing customers
The checkout queue stretched from the front, right the way back to the dispensary. I could have dumped it, but really needed the stuff. 'Should have loaded a book to work on in the wait, I thought. But then, tap tap on my shoulder, and a finger motions me to move on - three times! Which meant that this queue had engines! Twelve minutes later, all done, including a new Clicks card. So in fairness, kudos to the manager, cashiers and supervisor for all tills staffed and speedy. Thanks. But then, get home to find that the R23.99 bottles are only ¾ full. Couldn't they just fill them up and charge R29.99? Who makes these bum decisions?
Pharmacy section service is so bad, only 1 person on duty and the que is long... This is unprofessional.
Not happy with pharmacists at Clicks Alex Mall, went there today to collect my monthly prescription like always. But was stoop up like a clown and was told I'm in the wrong queue, after arguing with the lady Pharmacist called Dafny about the poor service she gave me... She swore at me. Pharmacists there treat people like a bunch of animals. Swearing at a consumer, I'm still at awe.
The store hardly has anything. Last month I went to buy make-up foundation. They had testers of all colours but no stock on all the colours. Today I went to buy hair bleach and they didn't have it. Its more like a small supermarket on the corner of the street. It should not be named Clicks because that raises one's expectations thinking you will get the same inside the store as any other clicks
Your queues are always long while there is one or to cashiers on the tills not to mention the pharmacy always with one pharmacist to assist a whole bunch really u can do better
Service is horrible. We waited for more than 45mins after electricity went off and on the same time but they took, forever to open for us. With no valid reason.
My experience is never a dull moment - Friendly Fast and Fantastic service.
The worst clicks ever the service is so bad , they gave my mom the wrong prescribed medication twice and nearly killed her . We went to go get answers and all they gave us was a sorry . Rather drive a further 5kms and go to Greenstone . Poor service always .
The section that sells pills is closed because staff is late imagine
