Absolutely disgusted at the service I received today. I walk in looking for burn gel. Eventually one of your staff members assists me and shows me a box of small sachets. I say to her give me the box as there are only a few inside and I have 2 staff members who got burned by boiling hot water spraying out of a tap. She outright refuses and gives me 2. I say give me the box and she once again only gives me a few and says she doesn't have more stock so I can't have the rest. That is NOT my problem! You need to keep stock. In what world can you refuse to give a customer what they need? If I found them myself I would have taken them all anyway. What would you have done? Taken them from me? I use this pharmacy often and this was the poorest service I have ever received. I will think very hard before making use of you again.

Excellent customer service! I purchased 2 x electronic thermometers in April 2020. Unfortunately, they both stopped working. I returned them expecting them to be repaired under warranty. They were both immediately replaced- no questions asked. I'll definitely be shopping here again. Thanks!
I am in quarantine as I have just flown in from the UK. I contacted the local choice pharmacy and spoke to Carol and explained that I had a migraine and was in quarantine. She was so helpful and friendly. Due to me being in quarantine I was unable to collect my medication and asked for it to be delivered. I'm so impressed as I have just had the medication delivered and i phoned an hour ago. Can not praise Carol enough.
The staff at the pharmacy go above and beyond. My 2 month old daughter needed medication and the script was emailed by her doctor 5 minutes before closing. The pharmacist hand delivered the medication in the parking lot just to help us. I'm very grateful for the service!
Great pharmacy, always has unique items in stock that I struggle to find at other pharmacies. Great IV therapy treatment as well.
Had excellent service from one of the merchandisers. Was more than willing to walk me through the aisles as I was looking for my items.
Pharmacists are so helpful and friendly and go out of their way to deliver fantastic customer service.
