I’ve been to this Dischem twice,if you go to the dispensary be prepared to queue for. a very long time,I went to self medicate on Saturday afternoon 17 Sep only 1 person was at the til ,the line was long and I waited for 35 mins. The tills are never fully manned.
Anything from cosmetics to medication, helpful friendly staff especially at the vitamin shelving.
Been using their whatsapp line to pre order medication, although when you get to the collection point all of the staff behind the counter walk pass you are if your crazy. No-one offers to help and no matter how many times you ring the bell No one assists. Terrible service each and every time

This dischem is a disgrace to all the dischem in the country. The staff particularly the black ladies they are rude and provide poor customer service to black customers, they are not helpful at all they walk away while speaking to customer, they can't assist the customers by guiding them to the product they looking for, the cashiers you great them respectfully but they just keep quite, they look exhausted or wages pay delayed. They have not attention to customers notably no attention to black customers, you need to bag them to help you, and it seems like you are bothering them when you ask for their assistance/advice. I would only give 1 star just for the cleanliness of the store. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come to this Dis-chem, Rather go to Clicks or any other Dis-chem but not broadwalk Inkwazi mall
Dis-Chem pharmacy to be the worst that I had to deal with. Ordered medication yesterday14/12/2020 that afternoon I called to see what is going on with my delivery I get told I will only receive it on the 15/12/2020 called that morning to follow up and was told I will get it with the 9:30 delivery at 12:00 I phoned cause I still haven't received it only to get told I will get it with the next delivery........... DISGUSTING SERVICE
Poor customer service! One person at the self medicate till. Workers walking up and down without offering any help to customers Highly disappointed Elderly people not attended to, standing for long hours
Still the worst place to go to...Hate it that they warn you so long in advance that that the store is closing within the next 1hour and you need to finalize your purchases! IF anyone else sold the item I had to get from them, they would never see me. I hate having to always feel guilty as I can never go their earlier as I am working, longer hours than their store opening hours so when I have to go, I have to plan & arrange to close earlier, so I am always stuck with having to listen to those warnings on their intercom.
They do not stick to their opening times
