I'm a fairly regular customer of this pharmacy and each time I've been there I've also received the best care and attention. Whether they are busy or quiet, the team is always courteous and attentive. Their selection of stock is wide and you are likely to find all that you need there. Furthermore, their delivery service, whatsapp line and 24-hour operating hours make them an invaluable asset you your personal care needs. Keep up the good work team.

It’s not often in this day and age, does one meet such caring professionals in a retail store. Whether it’s a product off the shelf or engaging with the pharmacist, you will be looked after with wonderful sincerity. I also use their clinic for my monthly booster jab, love the resident sister who I’m sure, reluctantly laughs at my jokes. Although their cosmetics and cologne/perfume choices are extensive, my favourite is the gift store at the back. You’ll find gems, only one of a kind displayed. However, the real “find” are the cookbooks, I’m a chef by trade. BTW, I have no affiliation, business or otherwise, with this pharmacy, just love going there.

The service I received was very good. I got assisted by Vuyani who was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. Considering the fact that I called in after normal Sunday hours for other businesses and still received satisfactory service and patience, I definitely rate Umhlanga Medisport Pharmacy as the best in town.

Thank You Expresso Morning Show for Showcasing the most incredible unique Human Being DAVID FRASER owner of Medisport Pharmacy located in Protea Mall Umhlanga - when my Hubba and I first arrived in Durban in 1990- having left our beautiful Farms and Magnificent Home in Zimbabwe it was a new frightening world for us - and to have a trustworthy Chemist to help me and guide me was my priority - I was fortunate enough to join a certain 'Green Bank' in Smith Street and asked the staff if they knew of a Trustworthy/Reliable Chemist close by and Medisport Pharmacy over the road from the "Green Bank' in Smith Street was unhesitatingly recommended - as Reed & Champion who my Family had supported for many years when holidaying in Durban from Zambia & Zimbabwe had closed down. I immediately went over to introduce myself to David and from the minute I walked into Medidport I felt a huge sense of comfort and in all my years of dealing with them almost day-by day I received a welcoming polite level of Patient/Customer Service Excellence I have yet to receive anywhere else in Durban - David Fraser is indeed a very humble unique knowledgeable dedicated Pharmacist and I didn't even ever have to pay out heavy Doctors Bills because David knew exactly what to prescribe for the symptoms I described to him for my Husband John, myself and our two children - what a very Special Angel and, for me, having lost contact when the inner City of Durban changed drastically, I was transferred to our Head Office and we lost contact over the years - I was absolutely over-the-moon delighted when I happed to see our beloved David and Medisport Pharmacy featured on the Expresso Morning Live Show - I could not believe after all these years of shoddy service elsewhere and no trust or reliability available to me and having lost my beloved Husband of 57 years to Covid recently I believe if he had David who was well aware of his co'-morbidities - my Husbsnd would have survived - I have received the most incredible gift in finding our David Fraser our Guardian Angel again - I immediately called David and shed far too many tears of relief but it was the greatest gift to have my source of comfort and trust finally back in my world - and David - I cant wait to see you again and of course all my Scripts will come to you because you of all Pharmacists deserve all the business and support of the population of Durban/Umhlanga and surrounds - THANK YOU FOR YOUR DEDICATION - See you soon - Jenny, John in Heaven, Veronica and Darren-John Becker
