Doctor Chetty & Doctor Naidoo.... Paid people to write their exams they are the most incompetent doctors I have ever seen.... They have people waiting there from 7am and its now 9pm. The doctor was extracting blood for a person who she had to poke about 5 times because she was missing the vain and she let the blood be exposed to air. Looks like they did not go to campus because how the hell can you call yourself a doctor and extract blood in that manner, disgraceful. The doctors are more worried about eating food, taking lunch and their phones instead of treating the people. The nurses do nothing besides socialize while people have been sitting there since the morning All of the people who are employed at this hospital needs to be kicked out there are plenty of other people who will respect there jobs if given the opportunity All of the people who gave a review of 5 stars are officials from thehospital or they are highly intoxicated

It's so sad to see how sick and elderly people wait the whole day and get treated so badly by staff. I lost my father because of neglect at this hospital. As for some of those nurses. Pathetic bunch. Why do url even become nurses? Karma is bad. Remember url also have families. Can't wait for that hospital to collapse.

Worst hospital ever! I was 41weeks pregnant and got admitted there ... I lost my baby while surgery. Yet I went for normal birth.. All the trainees in that hospital should come out! Pathetic nurses aswell. Night shift staff don't even help or come check on you unless a professional doctor walks in then they act interested! I would never put step in that hospital again .. after loosing my baby it was nothing to them.. take the trainees out of theater they don't belong there!!!! It's life you'll dealing with. I hate this hospital!!!!!!!

The service is not good at all, It seems like they don't care whether you dying or not, it been three months now waiting for them to book for me at Albert Luthuli , first doctor didn't finish my booking told me to come after four weeks and I came back , I meet another doctor I told her to book for me , okey she agreed and book and told me to go back home She can send me sms when they replied but still no sms. The vulvar cancer is moving to another part of my body now, I don't sleep at night because of pain ,they gave me pain killers last time now they all finished, I can't even walk now , my leg is not moving and unemployed at the same time what must I do now.

How can a hospital Outpatients operate with only ONE Doctor. At 15h20pm there were 115 patients sitting in the corridor waiting to be attended to by only ONE doctor. I was told that the day shift doctor finishes at 16h00pm, and the night shift doctor will only start seeing these patients from 20h00pm. The hospital needs more doctors to cater for patients that come from Phoenix, Kwa Mashu, Ntuzuma and all the Townships bordering Phoenix.

Went to the hospital, not by choice of course and the service was terrible. Everyone in the hospital was rude. Starting from the security guards, to the nurses. Doctors weren't that bad. I arrived at the hospital at most probably 7pm and I only assisted at past 10. I then requested to leave as it is my right and asked for them form to fill so that I can leave. Only got the form at 1:30 as nobody was willing to help. The space is so dirty one might get sick by just entering the hospital. There was blood on the floor next to where I was lying. I have advised my loved ones not to take me to that hospital even if I am about to die and it is the closest...

Sandile Sibiya was a patient with a broken femur found dead in the ceiling of this hospital. DO NOT COME HERE.

Service is absolutely not good I can to hospital at 5am and I was admitted. Around 2am sitting at the casual till the morning sitting on wheelchair with my drip on my arm they couldn't find bed for me and it was freezing cold. Thanks to some of doctors they very helpful God bless them

I went to make my baby's road to health book due to my bag getting stolen with it in inside. The nurse on duty tells me that I must wait she has to see to everyone else. I explained to her that I came on my break because I was not given off from work. She was so rude and refused to assist. I also explained that I might lose my job and asked if I can send my mother with all the required details. She refused. They have no sense of urgency and are very rude. They feel as if they own the hospital. I admit that it is a government hospital but we are paying our tax so technically their service is not free to us. The government workers must appreciate that they have jobs and learn to do it to the best of their ability. Not use their jobs to show authority, they must learn to be compassionate in what they do. From what I see they all in it for the money and not to serve people...no peoples skills what so ever!!!
