1 Star is too good for this hospital's rude staff. Nurses think they own the hospital and have no decency when dealing with patients or families. Caryn from surgical ICU is one of these nurses who told my mum over the phone she doesnt know how to follow instructions just because my mum called to see if dads surgery went well. Surgical ward and icu staff need people skills. You're dealing with sensitive situations on a daily basis, we don't need your pathetic attitudes to make matters worse. Surgical ICU shouted at my sick father in my presence! The way you treat patients is horrifying!

Absolutely terrible inexperience trauma unit doctors. I was prescribed medication which not suppose to be given to her11 months old baby according to her weight which was an overdose!!!!! And we trusted the doctors with our babies life. I’ll never enter that hospital ever again.
Being sitting outside the hospital for more than an hour to be treated and the porter keeps on taking patients that just walked in to be triaged. This is a sorry excuse for a hospital. No structure in what they are doing. They are absolutely quite but claim they are so busy. Worst than a government hospital. As for their triage system, it stinks.
The trauma doctor discharged us, but my pregnant wifes chest needs treatment, she was using a respirator and told them she's still not feeling well and that her migraine didn't go away. Our gynecologist said THE TRAUMA DOCTOR WAS WRONG TO DISCHARGE US and that we need to be admitted, but to do so they want us to pay to go to trauma AGAIN. Which means we were sent from one place to another to eventually not be admitted. Now we have to suffer until we can pay trauma AGAIN.... fts... Thanks for nothing, Doc. R1450 for absolutely nothing. Such a high price for such poor service. I'm shocked. He said that the next time we should see a GP first, but they tell us they can't treat a pregnant women and we're supposed to go to you. So again, thanks for nothing. Calvin at reception was as helpful as possible... Many staff members are helpful and actually care, but overall it's just miserable.
Best experience. They took so good care of me when I gave birth in May 2021. Staff is very helpful and nice. Keep up the good Job guys.
Absolutely unhelpful. The nurses are absolutely rude, Money needs to be paid first before they can even attend to the patient.. Communication sucks from reception point, they lost they passion to save lives. Will never ever go to this hospital again or recommend any of my family members to go there.
Terrible place...service is pathetic..staff is rude and arrogant...this was supposed to be a place of comfort...no sympathy and empathy...staff need to be trained how to have a heart.....I would rate this place a zero if Google allows me...this hospital had now reached the same level as mahatma gandhi hospital
Nurses are soo rude.I have to call them every time to check my bp amd suger that’s needs to be done after 2 hours.
Always a lovely experience coming to this hospital. Short waiting periods and amazing staff.
