The Diva ladies are extremely friendly and they make you feel super comfortable. Before they start the procedures they explain everything in detail ensuring that you are well informed. The owner is extremely passionate about how you are treated and also ensures that you are comfortable during your procedures. I would definitely recommend their treatments!

Ever  entered a place and felt of home? That the first feeling  when you get inside. The Diva team is the most friendliest team,they make sure you are comfortable before,during and after the procedure. Jennifer is the realest person who's aim is to help you better yourself . The greatest feeling is when you see and feel the changes. It all worth it.

In my opinion... Absolutely Horrid Service. You are blocked off Instagram and Facebook should you raise concerns. Calls are never returned. My issue was NOT being available to complete sessions yet they were paid in advance. They do not operate on a Sunday and with life's busy schedule it's sometimes difficult to make the weekdays. They then advise you to read the fine print and the money is forfeited, that with no options. Further contact made now and threatened to be sued for posting this review with no option to resolve the matter. Yet again this speaks volumes of their service. Just for the record, I now do not want to continue with treatment nor do I want a refund! Do not want to be associated with your team. I am far too appalled with the service and the manner in which this was handled. No issue with understanding the Terms and Conditions.... Issue with being told when I called in as first response.... READ THE FINE PRINT by your staff member.  That there was the issue... The tone! Correct in saying that some initial  accusations made on my review were not valid as I have no facts regarding matters hence they were removed. I have had sessions in Feb this year... Please go back to your records.   Added... Yes an email was sent that was after I requested for my contract to be forwarded to me but absolutely no contact from the institute regarding my query prior.

I have lost almost 18kg from the Diva centre... I will forever be grateful for the way they changed my life... if you want to lose weight and learn how to maintain it, this is the right place to go... check them out...
