Took my scooter in for a service. Collected it back the next day. As I drove off there was a problem with the bike and it wasnt running well. It is said that you only discover a company's customer service levels when you have a problem and WOW did they go the extra mile. Deon from DMC Motorcycles sent a technician out within minutes. They collected the motorcycle. The vacuum pump was found to be faulty. They then repaired/replaced the pump, filled the fuel tank and delivered the scooter to me all at no charge. Thank you to Deon & his team, not many companies offer this level of service!! Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy or service/repair their scooter.
If you are looking for the sexiest biggest masculine bikes, this is not your place. But if you are looking for good, honest and dependable service or sales on scooters, you have arrived. You don't often find a friendly person who is also willing to help like this. Been coming here for years and never had a problem.
