Product is fine you get what you pay for, I use to get grate service from sales when there were guys that knew what they were talking about but now they have girls on sales the haven't got a clue about bikes. It is becoming a trend in South Africa that the sales people don't have any clue they want to be spoon fed. Puzey JHB needs a new owner not new staff as he had the guys that could do the job and now he has nothing but sales people that should not be in that industry.

Perfect service from the PE branch. Only concern is the product. Seat torn in one day. Wouldn't start due to battery not charging on day one. Rust everywhere after a week. Choke not working. Engine not run in before the sale. No test drive. Can't take the bike for service cos workshop can't keep it overnight. Its costing me loads and I only had it 2 weeks. Shocking.

Such bad service from one of the ladies on Saturday. Rude and abrupt. Gets someone to bring my bike around, I am waiting at the counter and no one tells me anything, when I approach her, she says "Yes can I help you?" .. Uh.. yes, I just spoke to you 5 minutes ago. She then has to ask they guy she asked to assist wheres the bike. "Its around the corner" I am told. I ask for any paper work she says check at the bike and then adds "sorry I cant help further" turns to someone else and says "sorry about that" ... Sorry? I should be sorry for spending money on your product and interrupting your busy day. None of my family, friends, club members or anyone we know will ever do business with you again. Pathetic

Great service as always. Louise went that extra mile to get me what I wanted and in great time aswell. No other bike shop comes close to this. Thanks

PATHETIC!!!!!!! GREAT PRODUCT, BUT THE AFTER SERVICE IS USELESS, A PRODUCT THAT THEY SELL ON THE FLOOR AND I GET TOLD THERE IS NO PARTS, PRODUCT HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED. PLEASE EMPLOY SKILLED PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

Excellent! Salesman are excellent, polite, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Service is excellent! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!!

Absolutely the worst experience to order parts from them, took me about 10 emails and 5 calls to get the parts ordered from the codes on their website, such a easy process turned out to be nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ask for Dean, the mechanic, his honesty save me about a grand. Did a good job too!

Only words I have is disappointed,, they have no idea what they are selling regarding parts.
