Donna's Résumé:
At the age of 8 she became a Provincial gymnast and health and fitness has been her passion ever since. She has always endeavored to remain in peak physical condition through activities such as running, cycling, swimming and resistance training. She trained as a swimming instructor in 2005 and remained in that profession on a part-time basis until October 2011. She graduated with her B-Tech Honors Degree at the end of 2010. In June of 2011 she registered to study Exercise (Sports) Science with HFPA and qualified in 2013. In addition to this she has also completed modules in Studio box, Studio cycle, prenatal and postnatal exercise, kettle bell training, Rebound, Child Development, Group instructor and of course first aid and CPR.

Our mission is to provide an affordable and comfortable health and fitness center dedicated to assisting clients with weight loss, agility, strength, flexibility and over all well-being, ultimately leading to a better self-esteem, self-image and confidence. Clients will be afforded individual care and attention with the aim of motivating, supporting and guiding them to a healthy lifestyle through a variety of uniquely developed physical activities and healthy balanced eating.
