Good Doctor but reception they don't know customer or client service, they need more training to obtain communication skills they treat patients as if its them who are paying patients madical bills. Please provide training for your staff before you lose your loyal patients.

Terrible service from reception. I arrived at 8 and at 10 I was still sitting waiting. The reception made someone skip the queue and this person demanded a drip. The lady doctor left the surgery and go to her own surgery and left us there

The Dr's treatment and efficiency is above board....but the technique in which your receptionist is handling appointments is not great at all...you as a patient you cannot set an appointment and you are being told that you are the 1st one but you come in at 12 midday and you jump the que.

I got here at 11 am and it's 16:14 I'm still sitting

The service is very poor, very slow, the reciptionist is making others skip others, I was there since 8 in the morning, left 14:00

Good doctor but poor environment, safety, fresh air, parking etc is a problem, guess it's time they relocate to a more better premises

Long q's bad services from reception... Honestly it's the 1st bad experience in that i have had and i have been coming here for years

Dr Moore is a good dr always friendly and helpful you do sit a long time but it's worth the wait

Service is poor. I got to the surgery at 11:00 but only saw the doctor at 15:00. Never going back.

A good Dr whenever you feel like your body doesn't respond well to the challenges you experience on daily basis.
