Went there last year I explained what I was feeling I got to see a doctor who never introduced themselve and I wasn't told what the diagnosis was. Today I went again with the same problem I was seen by dr lombartif that's how we spell it she told me it's flu I requested to be given a medical certificate since I have an exam on Monday and I am not fully prepared I needed it to apply for an agrograt exam. I was given the certificate but wrong dates were written I only noticed when I got into the house. I'm on my way to another doctor as I type to pay again do I can get a certificate with dates that covers me.

Poor poor service when it comes to the reception ladies. I am so disappointed, the ladies I spoke to were so rude telling me that there are 6 of them working there so how are they supposed to know who is dealing with me. I tried to explain my case and the lady I spoke to Sophia threatened to end the call while I'm talking. She then she's dropping cause she has another call coming in. I called mack and they same thing happened. This place really feels like a government hospital where nurses are so rude. I hope whoever is in charge of these complaints is gonna start taking serious action and sending staff for customer service training.

If I could give them zero stars I would, the doctor who saw me today didn't even introduce himself he didn't even come close to me to have a close look at my problem he just told me that most of us our immune systems are weak of late and he told me he's gonna give me something to apply and hopefully my problem goes away. I am so irritated and I feel like I wasted my time coming here. What a bad first time experience.

Reception ladies are rude. Some of us are anxious about ever coming back to the practice because of the rude reception ladies. Can you please sort your reception ladies out so that they can be more welcoming and talk to us properly. Otherwise the doctors were fine.

Very poor service . The ladies working at front desk are cold and rude. I had to take my medical aid card and leave without being helped. All the staff went on lunch at the same time from 12:45 -14:00. I will never ever set foot in that place.

The receptionists are the worst. I don't know why Dr Kemp would hire such people to be the very same first ones that patients have to deal with. They're the worst of the worst....

I am happy with the doctors, however, most of the ladies who work at the reception are very rude. I wish I do not have to pass through them to see the doctors. I am even considering going to a different health centre.

The receptionists were rude... especially during closing ....on Wednesday...I had to go to another doctor for assistance
