I had a fantastic experience at this doctor's practice. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They were able to accurately diagnose my issue and provide me with an effective treatment plan. What really stood out to me was the level of care and attention that the practice provides. The doctor followed up with me after my appointment to check on my progress, and the staff were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. The practice is also very well-organized and efficient, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, I highly recommend this doctor's practice to anyone in need of medical care. They truly go above and beyond to provide the best service possible, and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful practice. Five stars all around!

during my time of attending Dr Ashtiker clinic i always feel welcomed with warm greetings and bright smiles that makes me feel comfortable at all times. The treatment and services are 10/10 ,he doesn't just help you physically but helps you mentally, emotionally and spiritually too. Honestly wish all staff and the family clinic a prosperous and fruitful future. Inshalla Ameen one day when i have my own little family with a wife and a few kids than I'd make this our personal doctor for many more generations to come ‍.

What a terrible experience with Dr Ashtiker. He basically just ripped me off claiming 3 times from my medical aid. He did not assist my baby at all. I am totally disgusted that a Muslim Dr can be so dishonest. I am so sorry that I even took my baby to him. Will never go back there and will spread the word to all my family and friends to stay away. Then he wants to justify why he billed me for follow up visits that was within the 7 day policy. You don't deserve to be a Dr. Your interest is in making money not assisting the sick.

The service is amazing. I’ve been to many surgeries and does not compare to the treatment received at Ashmed. Dr Ashtika jnr has the most patience and very friendly answers all questions and explains in detail. I live in Bonteheuwel but would rather travel to see Dr Ashtika than have convenience. I choose comfort and professionalism over convenience. Would recommend anyone to visit. Not only is he good but his father and sister as well. Best family practice.

Dr K. Ashtiker is very knowledgeable and is able to explain the complex workings of the body as well as medical processes in a simplified manner that is easy to relate to and understand. Dr K Ashtiker embodies the IHP model, which is something many healthcare professionals lack these days.

We always have a great experience with them. We have been coming to them for the last 8 years out of mitchellsplain and will continue to do so. To all the staff there may Allah grant yous all good health and a successful 2023. Ameen
