Dr. Hopley - MultiCross Parow

The doctors are excellent. They are very helpful and are very detailed in their approach to every situation. I will definitely recommend this GP facility to anyone that are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable and helpful GP.

Just had a great experience with Dr.... Saunderson hope it didn't butcher her name. So both my doctor's were on leave Xmas session and I was stuck looking for a backup. Found Multi Cross online which had very good reviews, so I thought what the heck. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. Dr Saunderson was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Very good bedside manner, you get the feeling she is concerned about your well-being. Only downside, there's no appointments, first come first served and I HATE waiting. However, the service was so good that I might reconsider.

This has been my house GP for 4 years now, and I must say the doctors are really great. Good job!! Nardine the receptionist always go the extra mile, so calm even when they are packed and under pressure nice and friendly

sending emails for booking you probably won't get an answer at all so worth rather calling ahead . the booking online tool is very efficient tho. Dr's and staff are always friendly helpful and go the extra mile. medication can be obtained via script at the chemist so it doesn't form part of the package like with other doctors. there are doctors, dentist, radiologist on site which makes it a one stop shop for health requirement

In this whole Covid epidemic I must say this is the first Dr that took time 2 help and listen 2 me and awnser all of my questions, 10 out of 10 for Dr JC van der Westhuizen. Friendly, nice so cool and the reception lady was so nice and friendly. I really recommend them, thank you for your kind service. You will see me again but hopefully not 2 soon.

What a worthfull waitat multicross doctor today seeing Dr.CD Saunderson for the first time.After my experience of all the doctors there she is the best!!!My opinion. Dr.CD Saunderson - WOW what a brilliant doctor so much patience great personality and really pay attention to detail to you're problem thumbs up and make you feel so comfortable! NEED A DOCTOR?well.. go to Dr.CD Saunderson you wont regret it.

I really did not appreciate the doctor’s tone when he was consulting me, how he asked me questions was rude. The nurse that was conducting the screening/ registration outside was not friendly.

Me and my family have been going here for years Last week my mother was so sick dr wrote a referral i rushed her to hospital The dr phoned to check up on her, and this to me was so heart warming Thank u to the receptionist's and dr's at this practice u guys are awesome

I was at this clinic twice the receptionist are amazing ,the white doctor who wears glasses is down to earth and soft ,kind and knows his jobs On the 29 th of November the young white doc who helped me was super b ,knows his jobs and has got good advice Keep it up I dont mind paying for such good service You guys are awesome

Arrived at the practise today to find out about a referal letter. Ask me to take a seat and after 15 minutes I left. Not very interested to help me at all. Time to change doctors. Maybe I will be importand there.
