Been there twice , not impressed at all, got meds for a week paid full visit priceafter a week of using meds, I called and asked receptionist if I could ask for a script since the meds did not help..... immediately "a script will cost R160" not oh sorry to hear that. GH
This review is specifically aimed at the receptionist and not the doctor. Needed a doc close to home to see to me son, called the office and the receptionist has absolutely no telephone etiquette and not a great work ethic. Could not tell me or refused to tell me when doc would have stock of the flu vaccine again. Would have been more appropriate to say that she would find out and I should call back in a few minutes. However, she abruptly insisted that she doesn't know and has no idea. I have decided to continue driving to our usual GP in Athlone. Thanks.

This doctor and practice is one that still operates on the notion of person and humanity first. Will recommend him and his bedside manner to anyone.

Couldn't get an appointment for that day due to them being fully booked but the receptionist was friendly and very helpful.
The best GP there is. Explains to you in easy to understand language what went wrong & which different treatments can be used.
