I heard so many good things about her, but in my personal experience I would not recommend her. I made an appointment for a consultation, and as a first time mom she did not give me any good useful information. My baby is 8 months I asked her about the solids he's eating and asked her for some more insight on what to give him and how I should introduce different things her words was "what am I worried about". I paid r450 for 5 min consultation. A complete waste of time and money. Not impressed at all felt like I was rushed out of the consultation room.
Dr Bagus is amazing. She has the best way with kids as well as concerned parents. She has really been a blessing to our family. We hope to continue our journey with the best in our corner oh and her receptionist is awesome too. They always go the extra mile in helping making a sometimes panicked and stressful situation seamless and taken care of quickly and easily.
If I could give a 0 i would!!!!! I was utterly disgusted! I have never met a doctor that doesn't touched a patient. She did not touch my son, never gave a diagnoses and did not even prescribe medication. I'm not sure if she was racist or just judgemental, my son is adopted and a darker shade skin colour.
Most reviews I’ve read is positive...unfortunately I had a negative outcome... 2 min consult with a bad cough and fever and baby land up at Redcross still there. No proper examination ... no ear, eye or throat check ... just a brief chest check and wrote a prescription for meds.
My first time with Dr Bagus today and she really took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood. She gave great advice and definitely put me at ease. I am no longer a confused/paranoid first time mother,thanks to Dr Bagus
I doubt the sincerity of the reviews here, I paid R350 for a mere 2min examination and a prescription, I left the place feeling bitter for such a waste of my time and money. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone.
Dr Bagus has been looking after our kids since 2010 most excellent service and care. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you Dr Bagus. Sorry you have to endure rude parents that don't believe that your experience is of a very high standard. For everything from after hour care to advise and chronic scripts.
Doctor is amazing and because we are only able to book after hours, the operating hours are really accommodating. Excellent service
She has been looking after my kids for 6 years now. What i like is we can have late appointment after work and she understand kids very well.
terrible attitude towards clients especially at the reception, the young lady at the reception should get training on customer dealing, very rude. the doctor does not check the child thoroughly, they are practicing how to make money!!!!
