Dr was very sympathetic and great. Just wish that could rub off on the receptionist. She was rude and not willing to help. I was there in Monday afternoon after work and honestly thought I would ok to go back to work the next day. Well, I wasn't and I was not physically strong enough to take the long walk to him in Tuesday either. I called now because I'm feeling better but not 100%. I'm on the phone with clients on a daily basis and this irritating cough not gone yet, neither are my energy levels on point. I asked whether it's possible that I could get a sick note. She then blow a gasket and wanted to give a talking to like I'm her child or someone trying to take chances. Why would I want to do that? I then told her I'm a paying patient and she should ask doctor first before just refusing on his behalf. She actually wanted me to make another appointment just for some scribblings on a piece of paper!!! Not good service at all. Esp in the industry you are in. Retire or change your attitude.
Verry verry GOOD doctor 2nd time ive seen him and will NEVER use anothe doctor...he even phoned me 4 days later and wanted to know how im feeling...
First time here and it was great. Very friendly receptionists, and the doctor is "cool". And he dispenses from his surgery.
We have been to see this doctor only a few times, but he is just Amazing!!!!!
