Dr. Wally Nel is a friendly and incredible Doctor. He always smile, laugh and has respectful to everyone. He can even identify what his patients problems are with their teeth. This is 8th year I went. Thank you Dr. Wally Nel for everything what you did for me. I really appreciate it alot.

My worst experience ever from a medical practice, they are completely empty of sincere compassion to their patients. All they really worry about is that your account must be always in order or paid up. My account was virtually less than 30 days overdue but yet received a letter of demand threatening legal action and also this treatment after spending approximately R 30,000.00 rands with them. I'm prepared to, with conviction firmly standby my claim in this review for it is nothing but the ultimate truth. We the public don't need medical professionals and practices of this disgusting calibre. Please people,, stay away. Even if I was given a million rand,, would never ever recommend them to anybody whatsoever.

Reception staff... unpleasant. Made a booking to see Dr Wally ONLY, confirmed the morning, but none could even be bothered to let mw know he is off for 6 weeks. Wasted my time to drive there

One of a kind... Best Orthodontist ever!!

I went to the orthodontist while having extreme pain in my one tooth. I begged them to help me. They took a few photos and ex-rays and told me a few things I already knew and also that I need braces. So, after the 30mins that I was there, I walked out still in pain with my tooth, a proposed payment plan for R39 000 for braces which I don't really need and a referral to a dentist at Medicross, who actually helped me extract the tooth and who confirmed I don't need braces. Now, a week or two later, I receive a bill from Wally Nel Orthodontics of R3246.50 for the consultation, ex-rays and photos that they took.

Ridiculous consultations fees.
