Great doctor, but the service is lacking. Had to go back twice a week for a month because there was either something wrong with the order or measurements were incorrect. Reception is also very rude and abrupt. I would recommend they review their staff.
Very professional, caring people. Dr Rovithis, his assistant and the Oral Hygienist were pleasant and immediately put me at ease. You will definitely be my new dentist in the future !

I loved my experience at these doctors, everyone is so friendly and patient. They make you feel extremely comfortable and let you know exactly what is going to happen next. I have done about 3 procedures with Dr Rovothis. Upon my last consult he assured me my account was up to date and I won't be owing anything. Within a couple of months I received an SMS for an outstanding amount which I promptly called back to assure my account was paid as per Dr's words They then call me after a week asking for the money. I wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this dentist. I am personally done with him. I paid in excess of R1 000 cash on top of my medical aid which covered everything.
I went to Dr Rovithis today with a very sore tooth and I was so scared, the staff was amazing at getting back to us with an appointment asap. They were friendly and professional and dr was so good and friendly and calmed me right down. He was gentle and patient and extracted the problem tooth with the least bit of discomfort possible. U will never go wrong going to this dentist. He is phenomenal.

Setting up an appointment 6 months in advance only to be told Dr isn't available last minute.com and they won't accommodate rescheduling. You are put on a waiting list and they never call you. 3 generations in my family have kept this relationship going; from the early 90s - my mom, her children and now I take my son there but it's becoming very difficult to secure an actual appointment. Will now be searching for a new Dentist in Benoni.
