Good morning, I would just like to commend the account department on their absolute wonderful service. I always feel so much better after talking to Anell, she goes out of her way to make sure that I understand the accounts side, and she is one in a million and one of the reasons I come back to Smiling Orthodontics. I am very disappointed as to the way we have been treated. Last year I took my 12 year old daughter to Dr Uys. Before seeing home we had to do all the X-rays and photos which cost us R3000. We then went back for a second appointment and met Dr Uys for 10 mins where he told us that she needs to loose a few more teeth and he advised us that we should come back in a year. Now a year later when I called for the follow up appointment I got told that we will be treated as a new patient and would need to start the process over. Very disappointed and now I’m looking tor a new orthodontist that is committed to the process.
