The service has been remarkably the top of the range from their telephone etiquette , face value consultation, the doctor first meeting to treatment. With my condition a tooth was extracted molar but was talking /eating and no much pain the same evening. I am already recommending family and friends to this Dental Studio. Excellent service! Keep up this great team spirit guys.
I recently had a great experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and made me to feel at ease. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before I was called in for my appointment. Dr. Khongelani was fantastic. He took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer any questions I had. Throughout the appointment, He was gentle, attentive, and clearly highly skilled. I felt confident that I was in good hands, and the entire experience was as painless as possible. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Khongelani and his team. They provide top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment, and I feel lucky to have found such a great dentist.
My experience there was amazing. The staff is quite friendly. I went to have some fillings done and the doctor was very gentle. I also took my sister with for her braces, she loves them. I will definitely be visiting again.
Dr KW Ntshani is an excellent Dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. When I got my teeth whitened, Dr KW was very supportive and thorough/very careful not to miss when explaining the process. Dr KW and his staff are extremely professional. I would recommend him to Everyone. He is the best Dentist I have ever Had, Keep up the good work you are doing. Now I can Smile again .
Great dentist he fixed up an error a previous dentist had caused.He was very thorough and kind.He explained every step of the procedure and ensured my comfort throughout the experience. Another notable feature was that he ensured an x ray was done first before he attempted anything on my mouth.A great experience will be coming back in future.
I had a terrible experience here..the guy who was assisting was rude and looked unprofessional dirty sneakers and PPE..worse part i was Charged for fillings which never happened… the guy was so rude &looked like he hated his job on the day he couldn’t even ask if I'm happy with his service or not. Couldn’t even say goodbye thanks for coming….. very unprofessional guy…
Took my son, his first experience was just perfect! Doc made him feel comfortable and at ease. Amazing service!
Visited the Dr's room two months ago, a lot of work needed to be done and I can safely say I walked away with the perfect smile.
