Very good doctor. As a first time young mother to be, he really took care of me and my baby. Such a shame that his reception staff was rude disrespectful, unhelpful, a tad racist and very unprofessional. They are the reason why i only gave 3 stars. But Dr Dempers is really a good doctor and a perfectionist, really loved my experience with him
The reception and account staff are rude and unhelpful. Be careful with this practice as they will charge the patient for 3rd party queries even though the request didnt come from the patient. They will not see us again unfortunately even thoigh the doctor was excelent. People skills are important which from my experience the client facing staff do not have.
Most people will probably call him rude. But he's one of the best on Pretoria. He did my twin pregnancy and I am so thankful I ended up with him. I had 2 beautiful babies at 38 weeks with healthy weights. Just know he is straightforward and strict. He will tell you the truth and he will give you a scolding if you are endangering the babies or pregnancy. But in the end, isn't it about having healthy babies instead of someone who sugarcoats the truth? I guess it depends on person to person. But I highly recommend him!
Rude doctor who not only lacks empathy, but really just basic human decency. Rude receptionists with ZERO people skills just like their doctor. I can't even begin to describe my whole experience... So sad and sorry that he had to deliver my first baby Advice to all- if you are not 100% happy and satisfied after the first consultation, change your gynaecologist asap before you are too far along in your pregnancy! This will be memories that stay with you forever.. It's NOT worth it to stay based on people saying he is a "good" dr. Part of being a good doctor, for me, is having basic communication and people skills with a tad of emotion and sympathy... Super disappointed is all I can say.

Wonderful doctor who gives thorough eaminations and explanations at every appointment. He very professionally caught and managed my preeclampsia and the subsequent emergency delivery of my son, saving both of our lives. He's got a patient for life in me. The front desk staff is also very friendly and professional and appointments are honoured.
Friendly receptionist and Admin, a very unpleasant procedure was made so easy and comfortable , I could go again and again!
The Dr is very good, we have an understanding but the reception ladies are always rude, they once accused me of not paying a bill, I did not appreciate it. They did not even apologize. They lack so much empathy.
Dr Dempers is an excellent Gyneacologist. He is very serious but compassionate. He seems quiet but really cares about his patients in my experience - I had a lot to do with him in the last 10 years. He does anything to give his patients the best care.
Great doctor! To the point and timeous If you want to be faffed over as a pregnant woman, then this is not the doctor for you. However, if you are interested in the facts and changes of pregnancy and if you care about yours and baby's health, perfect doctor! I have enjoyed my experiences with Dr Tempers. Very professional.
