Professional practice not service by the professional herself, but by other young medical people who seems just to try and fulfill the practitioner's role.

We had not been attended to by the doctor on two of the schedule appointments on the times that were agreed to and had to wait for extremely long periods of time.  The practice was clearly overbooked on the first appointment and people had to wait outside before they were attended to by the staff and the doctor. On our second schedule telephonic interview with the doctor the call was just not made and when enquiring about this, we were told that the doctor would attend to us when she gets around to it.  I was not impressed by this unprofessional service and will not be back

My son’s teeth were horribly crooked. They are getting straighter and straighter by the week. Very professional staff. Very pleased.

Dit was my 2de keer met draadjies, en wat 'n pleasure! Alles wat verkeerd getrek was, is nou reg. My behandeling was so vinnig voltooi met die beste resultaat. Hierdie praktyk is vir ALMAL! Van kinders tot volwassenes. Niks was te veel moeite nie, Dr. Heloise en haar span is hoogs opgelei.  My kinders sal haar ook sien!
