Sorry to say, but you can be the best doctor in town or not. If I have to wait almost an hour after my initial appointment start time and people that arrived after you got assisted first, there is something wrong at this practice. This is only not the first time we had to wait for almost an hour past our appointed time when we visited this practice.
Like how do you even run a business if its nearly impossible to make contact with the practice ? My family and I have been loyal there for years but jeez their standard of service has dropped too much, time to find a new doctor and other practice
Best doctor in town, Thorough and easy to talk to. He makes you feel right at home and even phones his patients himself with the results for every test done. His reception is very friendly aswell.
I am sorry to say that I am extremely disappointed in the service I received here. I've been waiting 5 days just to receive a reply on an email and still haven't received any. I have probably phoned them 20 times in regards of getting a letter for my prescribed medicine. They promised me that they will send me an email with the letter and it is now 2 days later and I still haven't received anything. This is unacceptable especially for someone who can't just suddenly stop using their medication. And this is exactly the position I am in now, struggling with withdrawal symptoms because I can't get a letter for my prescribed medication.
The drs are always friendly and helpful including the receptionists xxx
