Our overall experience with this company has been one of frustration, accusation and just a lack of care. We were recommended to them by another company and took it on good faith that they would complete the job to a high standard. This was not the case. All we have been met with is pre-mature invoicing, a lack of communication and when any concern is raised over the way the service was dealt with, we were just met with "We are not in the business of sabotaging". Something I might add I never accused them of. We also had a no-show and after we phoned to follow up as to where the technician was, we were told that they had an accident and that they were short on a vehicles. Something that is understandable, but again, they did not bother to communicate this with their customers until we phoned to follow up. And when we needed someone to come out a second time after something that worked perfectly fine before the service, was broken, the technician who was actually great and deserves praise assessed the issue, and advised that it would take several days to get the part and repair the issue. I managed to get the part myself on the same day, and the technician said he would be back later to install the new part. Later came and went, and then they had an issue with one of their "monthly" customers, and were not able to come and complete the repair. I ended up doing this myself. Then after doing it myself, I was sent an invoice for the "work done" when in fact i was the one that completed the work. Then when I raised this issue, I was again told that they "are not in the industry of sabotage" and that unfortunately their monthly clients get a higher priority and that we have to "just understand" My recommendation would be to rather find a company that cares and values you as the customer over this company.
Shocking and disgusting people to work with. Trudie and Peter have absolutely no idea what they are doing, they are more than willing to collect your generator, demand A LOT of money for the 'so called' repairs before giving it back to you and when asked to repair said generator get verbally abusive and decline any calls. The premises from which they work is deplorable and revolting.
What a disappointment! They just don't pitch up as arranged. To busy to get to the smaller guys.
