This incredible place was willing to see my daughter as an emergency case when 4 other practices had refused to take on a patient outside their practice. My daughter was in pain and needing immediate attention and the lovely receptionist Francis and staff agreed to help us. I always am very touched by a business that is willing to take on a unique/unusual situation. THANK YOU to everyone at Zachie Fourie for your kind assistance today.
Dr Fourie has been my orthodontist for about a year. He understood my reasoning for wanting braces - it was not for cosmetic reasons but to align my teeth before getting much needed crowns on my molars. He has been instrumental in getting my teeth sorted out as well as getting me to see another excellent “teeth doctor” in Dr Geoff Patterson when I had early signs of gum disease - without Dr Fourie identifying the issue early on I may have lost a few teeth! These two doctors have worked well together in my journey to get straight teeth and later to get much needed crowns. The team is friendly and all of them are very skilled at what they do. The quality of braces is also pretty high as I’ve had no breakages or issues with them whatsoever - not a single “emergency” visit has been required whereas my orthodontist in my teens used a type of braces that caused multiple “emergencies”. I’ll definitely be sending my sister to Dr Fourie for her orthodontic treatment as her 20th birthday present to straighten her teeth as well and I’m sure she’ll have just as good an experience as I’ve had thus far.
Best orthodontist I could have asked for. Professional and very friendly people working there. I will definitely recommend to anyone.
Dr Zachie is really focused on providing a comforting experience for children. Our daughter is so scared of anything dental and she was relaxed and cooporative in this environment. Thanks to the staff for being so friendly and helpful.
We are new customers, so this is an early impression. Bookings are easy, all appointments have started at the scheduled time, which is rare for a medical professional, and all staff friendly and helpful. Clinical and treatment explanations were clear and easy to understand.
The service is so excellent and their staff are very professional. Thank you so much for the lovely treatment when I am always there.
