Bad experience with this firm, they do not bother to give you any feedback or keep in contact with a potential client , I have been ignored dispite my follow ups and numerous emails, no responses to emails or queries. Completely ignored! best to find a firm who has a passion for people and clients , you won't find that service here!

Not who and what they advertise. DSC advertise that they will assist you with a medical negligence case but what they don't tell you is that they won't assist you should the doctor be a well-known practitioner. They are too scared to go after them. Don't expect anything from DSC and 1 star is way overrated.

They did a fantastic job with my case. I was treated extremely well by the whole team and they treated me with empathy and gave solid advice. Thank you DSC for everthing, this was nothing short of a miracle. Thank you for being by my side and there for me right to the end.

Can't even get fully out of the starting block with the receptionist who is quite rude.... if your front person is that unhelpful and unprofessional, it speaks to how the rest of the team might also likely be unfortunately. We have sent all the records, almost had an appointment scheduled to begin but guess we will take our medical malpractice suit elsewhere now. Not a problem for us at all though.

I am very happy with how you guys work. Although there hasn't been an actual court case but you guys follow up with your clients and give them feed back whether or not there's a case even if you haven't met them in person. And as for your administrators WOW! It's like you took them to school of Friendliness and kindness. I haven't seen the end results but I'm already blown away by your professionalism and kindness. . Keep it up
