The owner was an unfortunate person to meet with. James on the other hand was effective and helpful. He noted things for me to consider for continuous maintenance.
Congratulations to the owners on moving to their great new store . Trek Bikes , accessories, workshops and coffee shop . Really up there with the best .
Sent my bike in for a major service, asked them to check the gears specifically. Came back with better shifting, but brakes not checked and shocks at incorrect pressure. Back cassette snapped 2 rides after the service. Not sending my bike back here. UPDATE: They have reached out and apologized for the service. There was confusion between the type of service which I booked race service and the type which was performed lube service. Will consider them again in future.

Always willing to help , polite , knowledgeable staff and invested in your love of riding. Bit pricey, especially on their accessories but they pretty much only stock tried and tested name brands ... No superstore lvl poor quality goods sold in this shop... all over .. a quality experience all round . Just wish I had R250K to spend with them. Lol ..
Great local bike store with very attentive service and good communication. Enjoyed the transparency through chat on issues on the bike that needed attention during the service process. Also charged the battery of my electronic gears which was appreciated. Thanks for the great service!
Absolutely exceptional service!! Always friendly, keeps you up to date all the way, goes the extra mile to get your bike serviced and done on time as per request. Definitely a step up from all the rest.
Took my bike in for a service and ended up with so much more. I can't begin to express the level of service and detail that Dunkeld Cycles offer.
