Pic = Prices 2023/06 You’ll be hard pressed to find more miserable and less helpful staff in Joburg North. On the positive side, they always have gas. Sometimes it’s fast to refill, other times slow.
Took 45 minutes today to refill gas canister . Manager / owner told me they do three at a time but only one came out at a time. Poor poor service! Hire more people when you know you need them! I’m boring with my feet.
Always has LP gas. Efficient refilling of cylinders and friendly service.
Get your gas bottles filled here but nothing else. I needed a gas compliance certificate. They did the evaluation and produced a quotation for rectification. I paid the 80% deposit and 5 weeks later nothing. My emails are forwarded and cc’ed to me but no response whatsoever. I’ve now read the reviews and seen the extent of service complaints one of which is the same as my situation. The sale of my house can’t go through without this CoC.
They do not answer calls no matter when you call and can't give me any feedback on a heater I brought for fixing over a month ago. The one time got through, I was placed on hold for an eternity. I still don't have my heater back. Rather take your business elsewhere if you need anything gas related.
The service is so bad. There's always so much chaos and no one cares. I'm writing this review after visiting 3 times and seeing no difference/improvement. Also, the staff members I've interacted with are right up there on the unpleasant scale. Quite frankly, I'd rather drive further for better service.
Terrible customer servicemore occasions than not i would pay for a refill only to be told after payment i have to wait almost the whole day for a refill. And when you raise your concerns politely their condescension is rather frustrating as they virtue signal as if they doing something but not really. Staff needs better training on customer service etiquette and they need to get their logistics in order. Being busy is no excuse to slack off and mistreat customers. Fortunately there is another gas place close by thats 10 times better. When they busy they explain themselves in due course and managed expectations.
Have to beg for service. They did original installation. No longer compliant so then had to spend more to become compliant. Law never changed. Suggest another service provider.
I HAVE SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS AND EVEN SPOKEN TO PEOPLE,TO BUY GOODS FROM THEM, BUT NOT INTERESTED TO DO BUSINESS. AMAZING THAT BUSINESS IS SO GOOD.
I dealt with this company about 10 years ago & was almost reduced to tears with their inefficiency! I now have reason to deal with them again & cannot even manage to make a service appointment!!! Unfortunately they seem to have the monopoly on servicing gas stoves & fireplaces in Johannesburg. I wonder if the owner/MD has gas appliances & who does his/her maintenance. A completely frightful experience! They are only receiving 1 star because I have to do it in order to post this review.
