Hello Team Engen Conrad, We are regulars to your gaurage and love how friendly the staff are and how well stocked you always are. It is also great to be able to get something after a long work day. Recently however it has become rather uncomfortable to come into the store with beggars sitting practically next to the door on both sides sometimes. Tonight I was approached yet again and when I spoke to the staff inside they mentioned he can be abusive, on my exit he had obviously been asked to leave because he was clearing out the stash of goods he had been bought and had hidden from under the taupe and I was told "well next time I will have something to complain about". I am not against supporting where I can but the constant presence really is making coming to our local uncomfortable and it is not fair to the staff that are being verbally abused.

It is a busy clean convenience store with Woolies food. The food options available work for the size of the store.
Please remove the hobo! Every night after work I come grab something to eat I get begged by the same vagrant.
If I could put a minus 1 I could as my review. I'm very disappointed at the petrol attendants at this garage today I waited 15mins for assistance no one came to help, when a car came in, driven by a white lady an attendant came running to help her. I got of the car and pumped my own wheel one of them watched me as I did it while talking to the other one. I didn't even get to pour petrol had to go to Carltex on Jan smuts which was the nearest garage for petrol. I work by Blairgowrie Plaza therefore I use them a lot but after today's attitude Thank you that was very uncalled and rude.
Regularly visit this Engen, mostly because of the outstanding and friendly service that I always get. Staff always go out of their way to help, go the extra mile and make your day better. Shop is great too, always have what I am looking for.
Tell you cashiers that if the change is R8.55 not to short change and give us R8.50! How many more 5c are you guys taking from customers!
Great shop but service at the pie and pastry counter is incredibly slow. There isn't anyone there most of the time.
Couldn't ask for better service! Always refueled and gotten the quick odds and ends from Conrad Service Station and will always continue to do so! If only all trading stores could offer the level of service that Conrad Engen does! Big Up's to all staff!!
