Eat right is a 12 week lifestyle challenge focused on helping you lose weight and improving your overall health. It will make you look different at food!!

Things we are not
We refrain from calling this a diet. You are not going to be told to eat a specific thing at a specific time of day, you will not receive a generic meal plan, we believe in an individualised approach respecting your likes and dislikes, because not everyone can stomach boiled eggs and provitas. We do not make use of any medication or injections, because it simply isn’t a sustainable way of losing weight.
Important to remember
In order to lose weight, one needs to make a change. Making changes in our lives is no easy task, therefore we aim to make the change as painless as possible. (Keeping in mind that “painless as possible” does not mean binge eating and giving in to sugar cravings). Incorporating healthy, realistic eating habits into your own lifestyle promotes a permanent change and not just a dieting fad until the weight is dropped. After most diets we tend to go back to our usual eating habits (because dieting is sometimes disruptive to our daily routines) and we gain weight very gradually. By implementing a permanent change, the risk for weight gain is much less.
What are you paying for?
Your 12 week, Eat Right programme of R1 900.00 will include the following:
• Nutritional assessment and eating plan, including an extensive food portion booklet.
• 13 Inbody scans: these are done weekly. Not only do you get weighed, but you receive a comprehensive, detailed breakdown of your body composition regarding muscle-, fat- and water mass. This helps us to pinpoint problem areas and a clear understanding of your body’s weight loss “personality”.
• 4 sessions with an Eat Right consultant regarding the programme and basic education on label reading and food intake vs. energy usage.
• Trinkets and tricks to support mindful eating.
• Should you encounter problems or discomfort with the eating plan we will adjust portions and plans if necessary.
• Throughout the programme the Eat Right team will be available to you to answer any questions and give support.
• At the end of the programme you will receive a stabilizing plan to keep the lost weight under control.
• Progress will be monitored on a weekly basis.
