Our stay was really nice. The place is neat and tidy. The guy that worked on Friday 23th Sept and Saturday 24th Sept thank you for welcoming us in such a warm and friendly manner, and helping. And to the lady that came on Saturday morning to ask if she must come clean-thank you. To the guy that was so arrogant and had an attitude, hope all works out well for you.
Beautiful and quiet place..very friendly receptionist and location is to die for..good for family outings. Safety: Very secured and safe for kids and family..
Stay was ok. I was overcharged by over R1000. Was told that refund will be issued. 1 month later and i am still waiting. I Have contacted the manager and staff multiple times and was promised that the refund will be issued. I am terribly disheartened by the poor customer care a Especially since this was a probem created by the staffmember that overcharged me. I would definitely reconsider ever staying here again unfortunately.

Rooms are neat and clean, and it's accessible. But the walls are paper thin, and the neighbours have a string of female guests in and out of their room until 3.30 in the morning, which means zero sleep. And when you tell management, they say everything is under control. Nothing is under control. Never going back.Rooms: 4/5
Good value for money, clean and. Centrally located however the one bedroom apartments are way to small and barely furnished, the marketing is misleading, showing images of the top tier rooms and only to get a room with just a bed and a chair. They really need to work on managing this place properly, proper description of the accommodation, images and price point.

It is 3:15am of our horrid stay in this place. I have brought it to the attention of management around 12 and was told it is all under control? Out of frustration I tried to knock on the wall, and the people having a party in room next door responded by turning their music load. Whatever you do, give this place a definate miss. Deeply disappointed for losing sleep, and having to pay R950 for it.
Dear Eldorado Team We were book in for one night with our kids and did we have a blessed stay. The premises is so clean, the rooms are is so clean and fresh,  the decor wow. To the staff you guys were so friendly and accommodating we had problem with WiFi and a gentleman came to check it out... None the less it didn't work but we had time to be family without phones or social networks. Thank you so much for your level of service from us checking in to checking out the standard never dropped. To Management you have strong team behind. Definitely coming back thanx for accomodating us. Kind regards The Lamani family
Very nice place, Security is good, each room house has it's back yard for braai, it's more like a private home with that boundary wall and open space in the back yard. place accessible with 2 different gates, unlimited WiFi and well furnished. I'lld give it a 5* if there was "standby" mop and broom in the house just in case you spil something or bring mud in the house...so you don't have to wait for cleaners as I personally like to clean for myself to make the Job easier for employees as well. I just found none.
