As a Samsung store at an international Airport that doesn't sell Samsung cables..... ??? Absolutely pathetic to say the least!!
Incorrect and defective product provided, despite a clear request for a Samsung S9 charger. I was in a hurry and did not open the box to check When the issue was subsequently addressed, the manager displayed a completely disinterested attitude!
Rubbish customer service...i went in wantmg to buy a charger and a cover for my samsung tablet. The sales lady took a personal call as soon as i had started asking her for the items without an apolgy or a" i ll just be a min"...i won t bother shopping there again although i travel from king shaka every week.
This company was buying China products and reselling with a 400 to 800% markup. People caught up with them so they conveniently changed the store name and franchised.
This shop is unbelievably overpriced. My mother purchased headphones not knowing that she was charged double the price you would find anywhere else. Even at an airport this is despicable.
Wide range. Helpful staff. A little pricey but that's expected being in an airport.
