My whole experience has been amazing. The personal, especially Nikita was so polite and caring. I desperately needed a laptop for campus, and the staff at Incredible Connection offered me a thorough rundown of all the top models and brands that were within my price range. By the way, I chose the wonderful Lenovo Yoga 6 as my device. I truly appreciate Nikita's help in connecting me with a reliable insurance provider in case of an accident. I recently bought a laptop from Incredible Connection Gateway for my university work and I was really impressed by the service. I was assisted by Hanee who helped me to select the best laptop with the best specs for my budget. Hanee gave me great advice and provided an easy buying experience. It was easy to seek assistance after my purchase and this branch of Incredible Connection was welcoming. I will definitely be shopping at this branch again in the future.

Purchased a laptop at the Gateway store a few weeks ago. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff, Darryn was amazing! This is my go to store for my tech needs. Also bought my phone a few years ago from the same store, I will keep coming back!!

Upgraded my contract and purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 9 and a few other items. I was initially met by Andile who was amazing in showing me which laptops were on offer and what was available. From there he directed me to Nikita to assist with the upgrade. The upgrade did take long at no fault of Nikita , however she was brilliant with keeping me updated every moment along the way even with my 4 year old waiting patiently with me. Thanks for the great service and will be there this weekend to purchase accessories

My experience at gateway branch was great with Nikita who gave me great service when I was there for the Xbox series and helped with my finance application. And I'm grateful for her service. The service there is always on point as Im came back for the second time. That's my go to place.

Last week Thursday I went into the store to by a printer and was greeted by Hanee one of the sales consultant. She straight away saw to me and what i was looking for. She went out of her to source the stock from Pav branch and even delivered it personally to my door. Now that is customer services for you , keep up the excellent work. Okaayy here we go- You guys literally know that your customer service is putrid , yet you fail to change your behaviour and service towards customers , no one answers calls , the assistants don't even know that they work there , the phone is NEVER bloody answered and my nephew knows more about laptops and your products than your most experienced employee , jasiss what are you people even doing ??? HOW is this store still open ? And how will they respond or take action to our complaints ? Our concerns ? "We apologise for the experience you have had , click this link" A generic and pathetic attempt to fix our issues as paying customers. Bruuu cmon' have some sense , honestly it's just sad isshh

Do not expect the staff here to be of any use. I purchased a mouse with a card which I have just had stolen. I still have the receipt and the box is unopened. And they refused to help. Apparently I must fly back to country I got the card from and get a letter to get a refund

Awesome service from Rakhee, and the lady who assisted me with the payment part. I first called through to check stock, and then arrived at the store during loadshedding. Invoices were manually captured, but the service was efficient and friendly. A good experience!
