Samsung Store @ Gateway

If I could give them a negative 5 I would, the absolute worst service iv seen in numerous occasions,by far some of the rudest and most incompetent agents/sales staff that i have seeb who are absolutely lazy and rude and bever ever help with anythingzeimlle info and pricing cannot even be given, numerous times I have been knowingly ignored ,samsung south africa and hirsch stores should be alerted to this blatant incompetence.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Technician LUCKY very professional nd gave good advice on taking care off our phones ,

I tried calling the store twice now and someone kept cutting my call. I called Pavillion and the call was answered after 3 rings. I will be going straight to Pavillion. Thank you Gateway for the poor service.

Terrible Service. Consultant was very rude and unhelpful with my issue and even told me to go to a different store!

Why does your store never answer their landlone phones. It is very frustrating. Your whatsapp assistance is also pathetic. Why would Samsung subject their clients to this type of patheic service.

When you try calling them, they never answer but when you go there, they walking around and when asked why they dont answer the phone, they must have been busy.

I waited and waited. Asked for help . Was spoken to by somebody who looked quiet unpleasant. They could not care how long you wait. If you are older and of a different race . You will wait till the rain comes down. I was really upset going there. I lost my cardigan in the Gateway mall on that day.

Absolutely awful service with incredibly bad attitude by a salesman named Justin, apparently approved of by the store manager. My tip is to pay cash and leave with your purchase - otherwise be prepared to be taken for all sorts of rides.

Products are good but R900 for a charger is way too expensive
