Always my go to place for last minute little gifts. The staff are friendly and give good advice when you not sure about the product or embroidery. Their work is neat and prices are good. They have hand towels, guest towels, bath towels, aprons, baby gifts, etc. They do embroidery on most things.

Initial communication was swift as soon as the order was placed it went from bad to worst.The order was not ready when they said it would be and I had to start following up.When I then collected the order my email address was embroidered misspelled which was a big fail as this is my company uniform.I returned the incorrectly branded goods and they said they will rework it and it will be ready the next day.Three days later I had to follow up again.When I collected the good this time the merchandise was completely botched.The embroidery was misaligned and not symmetrical and the rework attempts could clearly be seen.I asked Cindy if she really expect me to take the good in this state,but her attitude seemed a bit neverminded.Would not use them again

Professional embroidery and sublimation printing and so much more!!! Excellent service and turnaround time. They fully understand what we need and get it done. Definitely a keeper.

Not a very good experience this time aroud When i arrived to collect the goods it was not ready for collection made a trip for nothing, I was promised it will be ready by 13h30 today. Lead time is 5 days goods was dropped of on Monday and collection promised Friday.
