The Real Deal! Enduro Gearbox Centre is where you want to service any gearbox related need. Romeo assisted me initially only on a gearbox service request on my 2013 Mercedes GL500, but the manner in which these guys approach their job is priceless. Very quickly Romeo picked up that the current engine mounts have failed, not a nice surprise on a gearbox service request though. I didn't even realise this driving the car everyday! These guys are tuned into real subtleties and recognise the smallest deviations from the norm. I requested him to replace the engine mounts which he did and through the course of this work identified a few aspects which I can look into the near future to keep my GL well maintained and ready for the open road. The transmission is real smooth again now even with 154 000 km on the clock and I can feel the difference that working engine mounts make ... I am soooooo grateful to have met up with Romeo at Enduro Gearbox Centre and would highly recommend their service!Service: Transmission repair
Excellent !! a business that managers to effortlessly combine, Professionalism, Precision, Expertise, Friendliness as well as good Pricing. I was kept in the loop regarding my gear box issue. Everything was articulately explained, both before, during and after. I approached Dean and Romeo regarding my botched up "repair" from another business. I was both desperate and depressed. I collected my merc and it drives like a dream. I am so appreciative. Thank you Romeo from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Dean and the Team. To Mercedes benz owners, in laymen's terms. Excellent service & very nice guys. Had an issue with my automatic gearbox that stopped changing gears. They were extremely accommodating and accepted to fix my car even right before closing before year end, so I could have my car back for December. Price was very reasonable and they handled the warranty claim. Workshop is very neat and clean. Thank you Dean, Luke and team. Highly recommend them!
I must admit this is the most professional experiences I have had in a long time in South Africa. Not only was the workshop spotless and well organized but the service was also the highest standard one could expect. Congratulations Dean, you can be very proud of your business and the team. Dean fixed our gearbox last year. At Christmas we had problems again. Dean took the vehicle back as soon as they opened in the new year and corrected the issue without charge. Good service, zero complaints.
I walked in to the workshop for the first time and was greeted with a smile. Absolutely professional, polite and helpful advice and great price. If only the rest of our country behaved like them, it would be such a beautiful place. ..
