Engen Rivonia Rd

Officially the Engen garage with the WORST service. After waiting 10min for someone to attend to me, I left to go to another garage. Both the attendant and "Supervisor on duty" were to pre-occupied at the wood/charcoal stand to attend to paying customers. I will not return here again.

The place looks nice they have steers inside.

This Engen does not accept fleet cards anymore. Maybe inform clients BEFORE they fill up?

Good day, arrived at the garage for Petrol and waited 10min to be helped!! I then drove around asking one of the petrol attendants why service was so bad, he said I must park again and the helped another client making me wait again. Engen garages usually have good service but this one need more staff or more training!!

Excellent service every time. I will go out of my way just to return here as I have always been taken care of. Their staff are super friendly, helpful and will go the extra mile to ensure you are ready to get back on the road.

Went there at 19:30 tonight. One beggar was by my car when I stopped, another harrased me at the door to the Woolworths. What is worse, is it seems the staff are encouraging this behavior, by talking to them, and not chasing them away. I ignored them. As I drove out of the parking lot, a broken down car without lights was behind me, and I couldn't make out if it was the same beggers or not. Very bad. Not going there again.

Someone put diseal and i told him clearly that put 95 when i came out from the shop to collect my order i drove away and stuck and i surprised when the mechanic told me that is mixed with deseal eish so bad

People behind till are rude. Spent R1700 and refused to help me purchase food for my sick son.

Good service. Friendly staff. Great management. Keep it up.
