I only ever come here to give good reviews, but my goodness.. I've been there about 4/5 times and I can say that this is unequivocally the worst service I have ever received from any petrol station and its staff anywhere in the country, it is actually amazing how bad it is. I live about 100m from this garage but I'd rather drive 50km just to fuel up elsewhere and I am being dead serious. It's an absolute shame you can't give a zero star rating on here.
Petrol attendants are thieves and scammers! I went to the station on 24 February 2022 and the petrol attendants scammed me by putting a nail in my tire they for sure place some nails at the entrance of the station for you to drive through and offered to fix it for R70 cash. Just like other people reported on google two years ago - cant believe the problem has not been fixed. I demand a refund from Sasol for this tire.
Pumps are closed help are terrible to other Sasol stations no professional service you wait longer to get fuel than ever We need a better service station in the area then sitting with this
They refused to help me because when I got there there was no one and I had to hit the hooter and the guy got angry and shouted that he’s not gonna help me ,your evening staff is so rude
Bunch of scammers! Recently went there to fill up my car and mysteriously got 2 holes on my tyres, they offered to patch it cause it was a "big hole" and demanded R140 R70 for each tyres.
A magical place where incompetence is employable. A black hole devoid of basic service delivery and/or fundamental business acumen. For a single location to be this saturated with incompetent staff is indicative of a corporate culture that celebrates ineptitude. The Eskom of Petrol. Entire facility should be torn down and a tombstone to service erected in its place #FUsasol
Went there twice in the last 2 months. Mysteriously got a nail in my tyre both times as I was leaving, which was pointed out to me and conveniently fixed for R70 each time
Bunch of thieves use at your own discretion. Unhelpful management. Stinking attitude. Robbed me blind and smiled all the while. Management will smile and laugh you out the door when you complain.
Disgusting services. Petrol attendees are rude and disrespectful. Serve people who haven't even waited, while the others are left to sit and sit and sit.
0 stars. No service offered while staff stood around doing nothing. Had to leave and put in petrol at a Caltex down the road.
