Description

We have just introduced an Eco garden, newly installed sundeck area which complements our LCD tv to ensure that you are comfortably entertained whilst your car is being pampered. We also have a kiddies play area and we are in the process of installing a bird cage with exotic birds were you and your little ones can view. New to our site is a FREE (WIFI) zone ..so while washing your car ..taking a stroll through our garden, having a meal at our in store take away ... you and your gadgets can be connected to the net :)

I try to support this garage as much as possible but their service is constantly putrid. Petrol attendees watch you drive in at night, stay inside the store for a minute staring at you parked off at the filling station until they eventually slowly move towards your car. Don't greet, neither respond when done. Terrible attitude especially considering Engen garages generally have the friendliest and most helpful staff. These staff clearly don't want to be there, and do their job with a pulled face and terrible, lazy attitude. Another incident occurred where I requested the woman to fill up my tank as my petrol gage is faulty and requires to be filled every 400km, she said she did only for me to get stuck and stranded on the highway at night, requiring me to get the car towed only to find out the tank was not filled to capacity which was a first. From making an effort to go to this filling station, I will now try and avoid as there are 6 other petrol stations along my route, each having friendlier staff and better service. Edit: Ws. In reply to your comment. It was the night of the review- 22 May, approximately 1 hour prior to it. I was the only car at the station at the time. That night was just an example but it's a constant issue. As mentioned, due to it being muslim owned, I try and support it as much as possible so it's definitely not to sabotage it, but to make you'll aware of the issue. There must be a reason for the behavior of the staff or perhaps they are untrained. The other issue with the filling up the tank happened approximately a year ago, can't recall exactly when but if needed I can track it.
Filled fuel this afternoon around 16:10 and I was attended to by a female petrol attendant her braids were in a bun. Everything went well until I had to drive off. She forgot to put the petrol cap back into my car and close the lid. I got out of my car and told her she forgot to close it, to which she laughed and apologized. I got BACK into my car and WAITED for her to come and sort it out, but she DIDN'T. So, I got out again and spoke to a male petrol attendant and asked him to sort it out, which he did. He also seemed annoyed that she forgot to close it. Bottom line, kindly train your staff adequately before allowing them to assist cars to avoid such situations. I will NOT be returning.
HUGE HUGE shout out to Welcome who served me today. I had left my wallet at home and Welcome paid for fuel for me, this after requested on R15 he put R50 !! The very heart of God. I will Bless him TRIPLE times back and more. South Africa is full of Amazing beautiful people This Engen on the M19 Westbound is fantastic. Great friendly professional staff. Give this man a bells AND Promote him please
There's nothing convenient about this place, there is no supervision of staff and premises. I went here for a "convenient" car wash only to spend an hour and a half there while the staff chatted and smoked instead of cleaning the three cars in the bay. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
I was at the garage this morning i had to wait for 20 minutes to have fuel filled in my car this is unacceptable please do something about your service.
The staff and friendly, professional and and I always like d finish product after my car is cleaned
Workers have a great way to serve customers...i always go there i recommend that place
Clean rest rooms and great place for a break in your trip.
Good place to top up for the journey ahead.
