They Fixed my gate motor then 2 months later had the same problem. Call them in the morning around 8 to ask to come and repair it on the day. They said yes they will. I had to phone them at 2pm to ask if they are still coming and they advised the can only come the next day. At 12pm the next day I still have not heard anything from them. Absolutely do not use them. No customer relations and what ever they fix will break again...soon

Serviced garage door and worked fine for a day. Then tried to get hold of them to come and look at why it stopped working and could never get hold of them again to come, despite numerous messages saying that they would call back. This is really disappointing service as I myself am also a paying customer. - This is in response to the feedback from the owner. You replaced the battery and tensioned the springs on the garage door. The day after it started giving issues, but it didnt completely stop working until the Wednesday on which I phoned and asked if you could come have a look at the problem. The invoice was paid regardless because of the work that was done, it has no relevance to the fact I was told someone would come and look at the problem on the Friday and no one pitched. We tried phoning numerous time and nothing after that. You are more than welcome to call to discuss, we tried to call numerous times before this review had to be posted. Please also note that the payment was done on the 28th of June 2021, and proof of payment sent on that same day 07:46.

They got me an alarm battery without any fuss and desposed of the old one for me.
